Strategic Partnership in the field of Youth

Agenda: From 9.00 am to 2.45 pm

Reason of the online meeting: The intermediate meeting needed to take place in March 2020 in Italy but due to the fource majeure caused by COVID-19 outbreak it was not possible to have it. For this reason, the intermediate meeting took place online using the online platform Google Meet.

Meeting minutes:

9.00 am – 9.15 am: Presentation of each partner representative.

9.15 am – 11.15 am: Presentation of the project survey report:
Partners discussed the results of the project survey report which was introduced by Debora Dimova (EuropeYou). From the discussion of the project survey report came out the four e-learning modules that will be created by the partners for the Intellectual Output 1.

The four e-learning modules that will be realized are the following:
Module 1 – Understanding e-commerce.  The role of e-commerce in changing youth entrepreneurship as a career.
Module 2 – E-commerce business tools and supply chain.
Module 3 – Customer support, privacy and security in e-commerce.
Module 4 – E-commerce strategies, marketing and social media.

The consortium decided that each e-learning module will be minimum 20 pages plus quizzes and video introduction, in order to guarantee a greater interest of youth workers on it. The quiz of each module will consist in a multiple choice test or true and false options. In addition, at the end of the e-learning modules duration, participants will receive a certificate of accomplishment.

11.15 am – 12.30 pm: E-learning platform – IO1:
Futuro Digitale as Output leader of Intellectual Output 1 will realize the Moodle platform that will contain the learning modules. Futuro Digitale representative explained to all partners how the tasks for the first output will be dived between all partners and all together set the deadlines described below.

Deadline for the delivery of the IO are the following:
-30th June: Each partner will send to Futuro Digitale its own e-learning module plus Quizzes (10 questions; 4, 5 options for answer; true/false) and video introduction.
-1st – 10th July: Checking by Futuro Digitale and feedback
-20th July: Official release and dissemination of the Moodle platform and e-learning modules. Each partner takes the responsibility to involve and make enrol to the platform a minimum of 15 youth workers per country.
-1th September: Moodle platform with e-learning modules will temporarily deactivated due to the need to track the progress and the results of the youth workers that enrolled in the platform and take all modules.

12.30pm – 1.15 pm: Organisation of the Short-term joint staff training event (C1) in Aalborg, Denmark:

Partners discussed about the organisation of the short-term joint staff training event (C1) that should take place in Denmark in August, 2020. Partners decided to do not set any date for the training event (C1) due to the COVID-19 outbreak and to the uncertain situation. Partners agreed to discuss the date of the training event (C1) directly at the mid of July 2020 when the situation about COVID-19 and the possibility to realize a transnatonal physical activity will be more clear.

However, the main criteria for the selection of participants were also commented and agreed. During the training participants will sign an agreement where they will take the responsibility and duty to take all project e-learning modules. At the end of the training participants will receive the Youthpass certificate.

 1.15 pm – 2.30 pm: Open discussion about:
-Final meeting in Brasov (Romania) that should take place in October 2020. Partners agreed to discuss about the dates for the end of August 2020.
-Project communication and dissemination strategy. Partners discussed about the project dissemination strategy and agreed to have more online dissemination activities due to the temporary impossibility due to COVID-19 outbreak to have physical ones. Especially, partners agreed to realize events on Google Meet, Facebook Live Chat Room or ZOOM platform as well as blog posts.
-Project state of art and monitoring as well set up main deadlines and milestones for project second phase.

2.30 pm – 2.45 pm: Closing Meeting
